We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team immediately. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships.
  • Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team’s day-to-day activities.
Client Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests.
Order Processing
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Maintain records of sales orders and client interactions.
Sales Data and Reporting
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales data.
  • Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance.
  • Provide data and reports to the sales team as needed.
Sales Meetings and Events
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials.
  • Ensure seamless logistics for off-site client meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
