Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, online research, and industry contacts.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored creative solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the creative industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the creative, project management, and account teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing team to refine messaging and promotional strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of business development or sales, preferably in a creative agency or related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
