Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Paid Advertising
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with the creative and web development teams to implement CRO strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to improve landing page performance and user experience.
Data Analysis
Utilize analytics tools to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management
Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
Monitor spending patterns and adjust budgets based on performance.
Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting
Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Present campaign results and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and implement innovative strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
