- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Community Engagement
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Influencer Outreach
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers to collaborate on campaigns, product promotions, and brand partnerships.
Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
